Enjoyable food. A welcome addition to Manchester’s restaurant scene where the food reflects the care and attention of a committed chef. The restaurant was founded by The Republic’s owners and indeed it seems like an upscale rendition of their original effort. We enjoyed three varieties of crostini, the Sicilian eggplant and a side of broccoli rabe, along with two excellent tap beers. A house-made artisinal bread with superb crust and crumb accompanies the meal. We give it generally good-to-excellent marks for service, food and decor. Total for our light meal, including tip, was $66 for two.
