A taste for anything. I have to say that I’m skeptical of the American-Asian-Bistro fusion trending. Sushi doesn’t equate to consistency and upscale ambiance in every case. Mint is however an anomalous case. Not only is the tapas menu well executed and just large enough to offer diversity at reasonable prices (for Tapas that is), the regular menu is vast and seemed to give a taste of everything. The vegetarian options are plentiful, some dishes offering veggie variations too. I enjoyed the almost barbecue-like Vegan Shepherds Pie and Short Rib nachos myself; the nachos even have a tofu variation available. The Bi Bim Bap my fellow diners said was well prepared if nontraditional and the Salmon over Sweet Potato mash was very fresh and generously served. Ambiance is simple, a long bar well stocked and staffed. I found service amiable but somewhat slow in the start. After our excellent bread service arrived, however, it was an attentive and very enjoyable meal.

Good fresh food and gluten free marked right on the menu, a beautiful combination.
This is one of my favorite restaurants I have ever been to! The atmosphere has that great bistro feel while being very stylish. On top of that, the service was wonderful. Out server was very kind and helpful.The food was absolutely detectible! I had a pumpkin ravioli that was to die for. My favorite part of the meal was tasting all of the unique sauces they created. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious meal with a fun atmosphere.
