Had to stop and eat at Red Arrow again before going back to Texas. We waited on eating breakfast until we made the 2 hours drive back to Manchester from Lincoln and it was so worth it. I had the maple sausage benny and Tom had the pastrami omelet with pancakes on the side. Wow! Great food and delicious coffee!!After a long day of traveling from Texas to New Hampshire we were so hungry but wanted something with that home town comfort food feel. Red Arrow Diner was exactly what we were looking for! Tom had the Poutine which couldnt have been better in Montreal. My gosh it hit the spot. My burger was perfectly cooked to order and delicious. Tom couldnt walk away without taking a huge slice of Chocolate Fudge Caramel Cake to go. Service was impeccable too. Theyve got it goin on!!
What a cool place. Great history, ambience, location, interior. Simple. I had the pastrami sandwhich. One of the best I’ve had. It was shaved pastrami, served piping hot. I also had to indulge in a death by chocolate piece of pie. It was superb, just very rich and a large portion so be prepared for a giant. So glad I came, you should too. I’d come back often.
