Hard to rate this place. The pizza is ridiculously inexpensive, but toppings are sparse and cheap. Saving grace is that the staff is really nice and they try hard to make you happy. Its in a really bad neighborhood so the inexpensive angle is probably the only way to stay in business there, so I can respect that.
