Photo is of their second attempt at cooking a non-raw burger.14 Feb, 2015Beware of raw hamburgers as warned by a previous reviewer on 2-12-15. I will try to post a picture I took of my raw burger cooked Friday night 2-13-15. Keep in mind the photo was of their second attempt to cook it right….the first attempt at cooking the burger was even more red & raw. We’ve been to this restaurant several times and have enjoyed the unique recipes & tasty food. Unfortunately I regret that I’m writing this negative review because we found this place to be an unsafe place to eat & I’m currently worried that I might get sick. I ordered an unfortunately ate part of a burger that appeared to be well-cooked but wasn’t cooked in the center. It was not pink but raw & red inside. I’ve had rare meat before. This wasn’t rare but it was cold & raw. I first noticed it because it was cold against my tongue. I showed the burger to the manager & she offered to make me another one but asked me if I would like it cooked ‘well done’….as though I was being an unusual customer. The manager offered to take it off my bill but I declined. It took about twenty minutes to make another one….by that time my family was done eating. I attempted to eat another one but found it to be almost as raw as the first one. I went back to complain and asked for a refund. The manager had no problem with doing it. Unfortunately the manager didn’t seem to understand that this could be a serious potential case of food poisoning. I asked if they use a meat thermometer on burgers and she said they don’t. Raw burgers at fast food restaurants do not meet public health codes. I told her that I was worried about getting sick. She refunded our entire bill and gave us a $30.00 gift certificate to renew our faith. Unfortunately I’m afraid to return….maybe I can use it at another location. Ideally I would like to see this restaurant last in Nashua but this place is currently a public health hazard.

Did not/could not eat them. Brought both orders to the mgr and explained our displeasure and the fact u know B Good fries are usually awesome. I got a funny face and an offer of two coupons. No apology. No explanation.Too bad.
