SO SO AND NOT WORTH THE $$$. So we took a party of 7 for a birthday celebration. The hostess was down right rude despite our reservation, which must be made through the Borgata’s semi-competent reservation system. Despite being a steakhouse they could get my steak done properly so i had chicken for dessert with our party. The atmosphere is drunk bachelor/bachelorette party mob scene with many top of your lungs chanting for the luck one. The wait was contemporary get your butt in and out chic but satisfactory. Management gave me the in case you are somebody hows your chicken dessert questions as the jogged by. The check averaged $135 per person with the included tip and no real dessert other than chicken. STAY AWAY unless it is a comp or you are already drunk!

Overpriced and underwhelming. This week I ate at The Palm and Docks Oyster House and Bobby Flay’s didn’t hold a candle to either. The smallest lobster was 3lbs at $28/lb. I was expecting something special for a $80+ entree and it was not. I had a lobster the night before at Docks and it was outstanding and $30 cheaper. How can a lobster be so mediocre. My business partner got a steak that was just okay. A great cut of meat cooked in a very plain way. The asparagus was basically raw as a side, and my mussel and clam appetizer was again, just okay. If you want a good steak in AC, go to The Palm or Ruth’s Chris. For seafood, go to Docks, it one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve found in the country. Unless its free, avoid Flay’s! We also encountered what others did, where the server poured our wine without letting us taste it first. Little stuff that added up to poor overall experience.

Love love. My 3rd experience at one of Bobby Flays restaurants. It was fantastic! The tuna tartare is the best I ever had! Had philadelphia . Style steak it was fantastic and cooked perfect! Cosmopolitan for a cocktail, and creme fraiche potato side. Cant wait to go back! My husband and son loved it too. Great service as well !

Could be so much better.. I love Bobby Flay and I think he is a great chef. It is really sad that Bobby Flay Steak is a poor excuse for a steak house. I made reservations for 7pm when I arrived I had to wait until 8 to be seated. My table was in the very back of the restaurant with a very small table. My waiter had no idea what wines would work well with my meal, he didn’t know all of the sides and I maybe saw him 3 times when he took our drink order and meal order other than that he had another waiter bring us our meal and check. We were not checked on. The bathrooms were simply atrocious, words can not describe this filth. I will never go there again.

Wow, amazing. I totally recommend this place. I went here this past weekend and here is summary of my lovely experience: I am in the Borgata and walk into the place.. it’s really nice on the inside. It has dim lighting, nice decor, and it’s just really comfortable. There is a large raw bar. The server I had was I think the best server I’ve ever experienced in my life. I wish I knew his name. He was attentive but not annoying, honest, and really kind. A group of 4 of us went. For appetizers we got: Roasted Corn soup, shrimp cocktail, surf and turf skewers, and the chilled lobster-avocado cocktail. To be honest, the appetizers are a little small but they were fantastic. Me and my father agreed that the soup was the best soup we’ve ever eaten. For our entrees, 3 of us ordered steak. My mother ordered the halibut.. she said it was the best halibut she has ever had and the sauce was amazing. I ordered my steak medium and it was cooked perfect and was so tender. We all got filet mignons. We went a little crazy on the sides… between the 4 of us we got: smashed baked potato with crme fraiche, goat cheese & green onions, wild mushroom mashed potatoes with white truffle oil, creamed spinach, roasted mushrooms and onions, creamed corn with fire roasted peppers, and creamy green chile rice. It was wayyy too much for us all. But I’m glad I got to taste everything. The truffle oil potatoes were exciting for me because I love truffle oil.. they didn’t over do it but you did get the nice aroma from it. Oh and my other favorite was the creamed corn.. sweet and delicious. I really enjoyed everything though. And for dessert! Amazing.. I got the baked alaska.. I posted a picture. It was to die for.. first of all no places even serve baked alaska anymore so I was excited to see it. And it was amazing. My dad and brother both got the German chocolate cake which I also recommend. It was so moist and it came with coconut infused whipped cream.. I really appreciate the twist he puts on simple things.I understand it’s extremely pricey here but it’s definitely worth coming here at least once.. It’s definitely at the top of my list of restaurants. I can’t wait to go back.
