Hard to review. Caf Roma inside Caesars Atlantic City is difficult to rate because it deserves a negative star rating and they are hard to find. We went there for breakfast. Our server said there was a breakfast buffet for $16. We decided to try it without looking. Big mistake! Imagine the worst free breakfast buffet you ever had at any hotel. This was it! Precooked & packaged eggs, tasteless sausage and the worse potatoes imaginable. Even the coffee was bad. The only decent things were the rye toast and the bacon.
