Great food. This is my favorite restaurant! We were just there on Sunday, November 17th, my birthday! The staff was very attentive! The food was absolutely delicious! We got a dessert & they put a candle in it with a chocolate Happy Birthday sign in it! We go all the time in the Summer, also!

Great Place!. We recently went to Atlantic City for vacation. Really great meal! The restaurant is beautiful. We had a large group so we were able to sample quite a few items on the menu. We especially loved the lobster spring rolls and crab and avocado terrine. The meat was extremely tender! The knife and fork dinner was a perfect choice! Wasn’t a big fan of the brussel sprouts and the oysters were a bit small. The lobster risotto was also way too tomato-y and had a bit too much wine. Overall, a great choice!

I feel like I have found a treasure in my own backyard! I always thought I had to go to Philly to find such delicious and different foods- WRONG! I had the duck confit appetizer which was crispy yet succulent. I also had the lobster Thermidor which is to die for! The portion is HUGE and will actually last me 2 more meals. For dessert Baked Alaska:) Puts any chain restaurant to shame!

Good but it’s no Dock’s Oyster House. Owned by the same family that owns Dock’s this was my first time here. I loved the decor and effort to maintain the early 20th century charm. Everything was delish including the corn / crab (not much crab) chowder, and the lobster (not so much lobster) bisque. Service was solid. I will come back again, however, I won’t rush back. The food and service is a step above at Dock’s.

GREAT PLACE/LOTS OF CHARM. Spending the day in Atlantic City and walking The Boardwalk was fun. The best part of the day trip was having my Thanksgiving dinner here. The food was so fresh, delicious, and the price for everything was so on point if not better! You got a soup, salad, meal and dessert. They sure know their wine too. They had such a great selection. The charm of this place is beautiful inside and out. If you are ever in Atlantic City I highly recommend this place especially for a date. Ask for Omar, he’s been there for years and knows the menu and foods really well and he’s a character 🙂

HOW BAD FOOD DELIVERY CAN RUIN A MEAL. Bad food delivery can ruin a meal. That is why so many restaurants use food runners. Not this place and the waiter was terrible. It took him about 10 minutes to come to the table. He took our drink order and when he returned with the drinks asked us what kind of water we wanted. We ordered. Next he presents us with 2 rolls that did not resemble the rolls everyone around us had. Like where is the busboy? I started with the softshell crab special and my wife had the crab meat cocktail. Both were excellent. the pieces of crab meat in my wife’s were huge. We had a very long pause and then the waiter reappears to great the table next to us and tells us our dinner will be out shortly. A minute later there he is with our 8oz filets. They had the appearence of being done perfectly until we tasted and realized they were cold. We mentioned it to the waiter and he took them and said he would refire our orders. To me that means cooking new dinners; to him it meant microwaving them for a minute. This place needs to get it’s act together because they are ruining good food with bad delivery.
