Just Okay…. I have always wanted to go to a PF Changs… having heard good things. Then my business partner reminded me that I HAVE been to one… when we went to LA to buy some equipment they took us there for lunch. It was an unmemorable meal that day and it was the same all over again here on the East Coast. The food is decent Asian Fusion but it is way too expensive for what it is. I would much rather walk a few blocks to Pho Sydney and get the real deal for a third of the cost. I understand that you are paying for the atmosphere and the top shelf service… which Changs does deliver. If that is important to you you will love this place. My Pad Thai noodles were too al dente and eggs that were clumpy… but the shrimp was quite spectacular… cooked just right. The dumplings are also very wonderful. The food is fine… I just prefer a more authentic atmosphere and price.
