Regular Stop in AC. It’s cold and your hungry, but not super hungry…it’s time for Pho Cali.I like getting the rare flank with egg noodles instead of the usual vermicelli. I find it to be a bit more filling. The basil and bean sprouts are always very fresh,..not tired like some pho places. Another favorite dish here of mine is the shrimp rolls, and also the beef eggrolls over vermicelli with the vinegar sauce on the side. The Tea here is also good and they bring it out right away when you sit down.I pretty much need to eat here around every 2 weeks or I get the shakes.
Good pho ga on cold beach day. Warms bones.
