Rude employees and poor service. Don’t be in a hurry. Food is ok but not worth putting up with the employees.

UPDATE April 2016- The beers are still Yummy. Food is overpriced for what you get and the service at the tables was frenzied. a huge event at the Sheraton and they were not staffed for it. Hard to imagine. Stick with the beers at the bar. Go across the street to applebees if you don’t want to leave the area.2011- Go for the beers. The beers here are spectacular. The food is pricey but good. The service can be hit or miss. I’ve been here numerous times. Very convenient to the walk (shopping)and parking (across the street) is free with validation if you can find a spot.

Rehearsal Dinner. Our son and his bride were married on July 23rd in Atlantic City. As parents of the groom, we were to supply the venue for rehearsal dinner. We contacted many restaurants in Atlantic City and in locations close by, but after speaking with Diane from Tun’s Tavern, we knew we hit the jackpot.Because we are from Maine, and had never spent any time in Atlantic City, we were a bit afraid that we would have a disaster on our hands. However, once we contacted Diane, our stress went away and we knew that we would have an unforgettable time with our family from Maine and the Bride’s family from NJ. The food was amazing and the service exceptional. Everything we asked for was provided and a great time was had by all. when we have the opportunity, we will stop by Tuns just to enjoy dinner in their beautiful restaurant.

My first night in Atlantic City on my first trip here ever, I ate here…and I was very dissapointed. I got the 1/2 rack ribs, baked beans and cole slaw. The ribs were mostly bone and poor meat quality. The baked beans tasted and looked like they came out of a can of dollar store beans and were watered down. The cole slaw was passable. And all this for $30. Save your money and go somewhere else.
