Famously delicious for their huge subs, though the cheesesteak was my favorite, their Italian ranks high on most people’s list. Do not go at lunch or dinner time unless you want to wait over an hour for a take out hoagie. Either call ahead or go at an odd time (before 11am or after 2pm/before 5pm or after 7pm).
An Atlantic City Institution…Don’t miss it!. Don’t miss White House Sub Shop when you’re in AC! They’re the best subs anywhere. Don’t let the line scare you away…it’s for the limited seating. Just go inside and get in the To Go line in the rear…there will be a line there to but not as long. Either way it’s definitely worth the wait. The picture is a White House Special.
I was raised on Whit House Subs. I was raised on White House Subs and I now live in Raleigh nc and and missing them and am willing to pay to have them shipped and I am not the only one cant we still get them shipped PLEASE 🙂
Best sub I’ve ever had.. I had the half-size Italian regular with all the toppings. It was massive – about a foot long. It came with enough meat to pack a deli window display. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, including the bread. The whole thing was just really, really, good and easily the best sub I’ve ever enjoyed.
Not bad but but James Beard.. …. Not bad but but James Beard Award winner!? Well, maybe it was better in 2000? Could use some more meat and if you’re expecting one of the best sandwiches ever? It’s only slightly above average. It’s gonna disappoint you! FYI there is a fish taco place across the street that rocks! Try it!
White House review. Been going to AC since I was a child. Every time I come up I must stop at White House. They are in my cell phone so I call in my order in when I get close. Best subs ever. Cam’t come up without stopping in. Sometimes we make a sub run from DC. We take orders and hit the road.Best Value ever
