  Service. A group of girlfriends and I went to Wolgang Puck American Grille to celebrate our friends 30th birthday. It was embarassing the way we were treated. When we arrived we went to the bar to get a round a drinks. The bartender blatantly ignored us for almost twenty minutes. She then proceeded to ask for our IDs and then walk away without asking us our drink order. Another bartender came over and took our drink orders but after waiting almost thirty-minutes only half of us were served. When we got seated at our table, the waiter was incredibly rude and rushed us with our order. We decided to get a bunch of appetizers and drinks. The waiter proceeded to tell us that once we put our order in we cannot order again. So we were stuck with the few appetizers we ordered and were still hungry afterwards. Additionally, we decided to get a round of shots to celebrate our friends birthday, the waiter in the middle of us ordering walked away and didn’t come back for over five minutes.When it was time to pay, we were told we could only use 6 credit cards to split the bill. We were agroup of 9 females. No one explained to us when making the reservation not did the hostess warn us of this ridiculous policy. I have never in my life had a problem like this when it came to paying for a bill. When we asked to speak to the manager to complain about everything, he just continued to make excuses rather than apologize. Normally if a customer is unhappy, the manager should buy the table a round of drinks, take something off the bill or in our case, maybe give us a free dessert for our friends birthday. Instead we had to pay the bill with only six credit cards and leaveI will never eat at this restaurant again. My husband and I go to the Borgata all the time, especially in the summer and will now be dining elsewhere.
