Epic Disappointment !!!!. I was excited to try this place after hearing positive reviews on the food network . Guy Fieri ate here and actually liked it? Well he must have cooked his own dish ! When we arrived there was half hour wait, however we did see some open tables. So we waited about 20 minutes to be seated at a table that was vacant for about 20 minutes. We ordered an appetizer that took about 30 minutes to come out. While we were eating the appetizer our entrees came out. My wife, son and I each ordered a burrito and to our surprise it was horrible. There was absolutely no flavor in anything that was in the burrito. No salt, no spices absolutely nothing that even remotely grabbed our taste buds. It was like eating just to fill or stomachs not to actually enjoy the food. I am so terribly disappointed in this place because others have told us such good things but my experience and opinion of this place is just horrible. It was not worth the money I paid and I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you want a delicious satisfying burrito please go to Chipolte…or Taco Bell, both places are much much better.

Entrusting Guy Fieri’s recommendations for our Jersey shore lunch break, my family tried out 10th ave burrito co. A mistake. We tried a DDD menu feature, the adobo wings. They tasted like horse manure. Our waitress exchanged them for mediocre jerk wings. The gazpacho soup had a metallic aftertaste ( the manager graciously refunded the soup), and every piece of chicken at the table (in the fajitas, tacos, and burrito) was blaaaaand. In all, overpriced and unloved Mexican food. Would not return.

Long wait, cold food, and bad service.. The seating host carefully counts the number of people in front of you as if he really is trying to be accurate before lying to you and telling you the wait will only be one hour. After 90 min any questions about how much longer the wait will be are answered with it will only be another five minutes. A table is just finishing up and paying their bill. It was another 30 minutes before we were seated. The food was horrible. I really did not expect authentic, but I did expect a warm meal. My wifes grilled portabella burrito was cold. And the only thing hot on my Chicken burrito was the mole sauce. The waitress seemed only interested in moving us thru. I guess all of the skeletons on their menu are other customers that did not survive the wait to be seated.

Back for a second time at the new corner location. WoW! Owner has turned it up a notch, food remains fantastic, restaurant format is much improved from first location. Highly recommend the smothered pork mole buritto!07 Jan, 2012Excellent, Great DDD Spot!. Well worth the stop in Belmar, NJ. As suggested by Guy, we tried both the adobo wings and pork mole. Both met our expectations of any spot visited by DDD. Even the lunch portions are large so might suggest splitting an entree if you aren’t completely starving. Waitstaff was extremely attentive and owner took the time to not only help in the dining area but personally thanked every table for visiting. Great spot!

Less authentic, far more artsy and hipster oriented than, say, Jose’s in Spring Lake (which is very authentic), but the tastiest chips and good food and prices. Can’t go wrong here!

My wife and I enjoyed it and will back again! Adobo wings, chicken mole and chicken tacos.
