Best Family Owned Restaurant at the Shore. If you’d like fresher fish, get a fishing pole and head out to sea! This is THE place to eat in Belmar with top-drawer service and impeccable food. It’s the perfect place for a casual dinner or a special occasion. The crab cakes are outstanding.
I went to Klein’s with my boyfriend, brother and a good friend. The food would have been good if the shrimp wouldnt have been overcooked. It was dry and rubbery. I think the best thing I had was the appetizer, some really good calamari.
Watch the ships go by. Great atmosphere for a seashore restaurant. Located overlooking a bay which has passing ships and two draw bridges. Friendly service, accommodating bar area, a beautiful outdoor dining area makes this a great spot after a day on the beach. Portions are somewhat small for the price, however the ambiance makes up for any complaints.
