I dont write reviews anytime , but now i want to , this Chus Cafe the management is so bad especially the reception staff is very irrresponsive and rude to customers, this cafe is near to me, so some times i go for quick snack or dinner, most of the times they make food very quick especially when you order fried rice they will give you within a minute, recently i had ordered a fried rice but they gave me one instantly which is not at all hot, fresh and rice was soggy and little smelly, i was really upset and i ate somewhat but i didn’t gave them tip that time because of the food was not good. Next time when i went again after a long gap, they staff treated me so bad, they said if i want to eat there i have to pay tip in cash and they were treating me so bad. every time i give tip, but the behavior of these people is so bad and they don’t know how to treat customers, we are not eating there for free. There are lot of cons about this restaurant but i don’t want to discuss and waste my time, please we should think twice before going to these kind of restaurants

Waitress was pushy formthe check, than another waiter asked for the check and than another one. These are not the same owner. The carpet worn, dirty and the walls against the tables. Dirty with old food. Imwill never return. I miss the older couple it was clean, good quality. These new folks from new york are RUDE
Wow. It’s raining buckets. Despite that this family of 6 headed out to Chu’s and got there at 850 when they close at 930. Without hesitation and no empathy they told us they are closed and said thank you as if to say don’t let the door hit you on the way out. We shall never be back
Good food, decent pricing. Clean, modern atmosphere with high ceilings. Take-out service is very fast (15 minutes in my experience).
