Inconsistent quality and delivery service. The service inside the restaurant is always very good. Quality varies greatly, e.g., meatballs, although drowned in sauce, are always dry and bland; salads are always at least good, as are the soups. Delivery service always makes a mistake. This is not due to the delivery person, but the order taker. Side salads often left out , request for an extra dressing not fulfilled, request for plastic ware ignored. No matter how many times I ask for closer attention paid to the execution of any delivery order, it is ignored. I consider this a flaw in management and not the ability of the typically young staff. Time to take my business for home delivery somewhere else.
