Located in beautiful downtown Bernardsville, Rudolph's Steakhouse is housed in a charming historical stone building built in the mid 1800's. But the cuisine is anything but antiquated. Chef David Drake brings his modern american cuisine, simple yet refined, using fresh local ingredients and pairs them with in-house dry aged prime cuts of meat. The beverage program boasts an emphasis on seasonal specialty cocktails - original creations and updates on classics. Owner Rudolfo Hisena has brought his personal collection of wines to the restaurant, deep in older vintages, perfectly cellared and at bargain prices.
