Solid family run steakhouse…cozy setting with a working fireplace…drinks are large and strong…without a doubt the freshest and tender calamari…their shrimp are large fresh and crisp…filet mignon flavorful and I cut with a butter knife
Family owned and operated. The building is a old house very nicely decorated with a fireplace. The steaks are to die for. They also have private party rooms. The night we were there was chilly so we ate inside but noticed they have outside dining.
Very Disappointed. Been here previously with good results but extremely disappointed Saturday night. After a round of drinks I ordered another beer. After twenty minutes the waitress came around and asked if we wanted another round and I indicated I already did. I was served the warm beer that was siting on the bar for 20 minutes that I had ordered before since it was warm and the head has dissolved. The main course was delivered before the salads. We indicated this and they served us the salads and returned the main course. Obviously they let the main course sit under the broiler since the medium steak I ordered was well-done. I asked them to re-fire and I received a rare steak after 15 minutes. The kitchen obviously cannot time meals or re-fires which is sad for a steakhouse. I would not recommend this steakhouse or go back.
It is the best place to eat I like there steak and seafood and there deserts are to die for =)

Try it!. Set inside one of the oldest (18th Century) homes in Bloomfield, this place has great everything! I think of it as a hidden gem of a restaurant – especially nice outside seating in good weather.
