Like my mother’s.. I was having trouble finding tarrales like my mother made. I have been able to find those small, almost white circles called tarrales. But I find the texture of those not to my liking. So, I was pleased to find these. The only problem is that the store I found them in is far from where I live. I plan to call the company tomorrow to see if there are stores in my area that carry these. Failing that, perhaps I can order them by mail.

The RED PEPPER ones will keep you warm.. and to dunk in a Expresso is great.. the BLACK PEPPER and FENNEL are as good as my Nana made !!!!ENJOY
Stapple of the Newark Italian diet. Racioppi`s taralles have been a part of my life since I was a baby. We gave them to our kids while teething. We feed hungry teenagers them inbetween meals. As I got older I discovered how great they are w/ a glass of wine.We put them on the table when unexpected company showed up.Truly one of the few things we natives of Newark`s Italian community collectively cherish!
