They are so RUDE. Do NOT order from this restaurant. The food is pretty decent,and it’s the closest chinese restaurant near me. However, I won’t be ordering from there anymore since I’ve had it with the rude girl who takes orders. She yelled at me after I asked her to repeat the total for the 3rd time because there was a discrepancy with the final total. I had a coupon for a free egg roll if I ordered a certain amount of food. I cannot believe that she yelled at me like I was a child. She would not allow me to speak to the manager and informed me that he was not there and that I could speak to him when he delivered my food. A few minutes later, the delivery guy called me back to get the expiration date on my credit card and told me that the manager was not in today. She’s such a liar! She thought I was going to fall for placing my complaint with the delivery guy. So childish and rude! I have been a loyal customer of theirs for many years. I will never order from there again. Order from there if you want to tolerate disrespect and poor customer service
Best Fast Food Style chiese Food. Really their food is the best. They have changed owners a few times since I’ve been going but their food is consistently good. I like the boneless BBQ ribs best. There are a lot of similar places in the area and I think they have the best tasting food.
