(Data collected over the past 2 years)Ice cream isnt kept cold enough. (Its the first location Ive ever seen with this issue.) When I asked about it, they said it makes it easier to scoop. True, but by the time the customer gets it, its turning into a dripping mess. Also, the stone counter is typically scrapped clean of frost and ice cream. Here, they dont bother to scrape the frost.
