A favorite. The redecorating a couple years ago was a great update to a Cape May classic. The food is always good and the servers know their stuff and are attentive.
Bread and butter was amazing, service was slow and uncoordinated. DO NOT ORDER THE CESEAR SALAD. $17 for lettuce that is extremely sub par. Low quality lettuce. The other salads looked delicious though. Ordered the steak and cake and it was very delicious. Creme brle was very good as well. I voted in favor of the restaurant, but was a bit upset with the service and cesear salad.
What an amazing dinner! Kind of pricey but well worth it. From the cheese plate to the beet soup to the duck dinner or the pumpkin gnocchi- everything was fantastic. Dessert left a lot to be desired but everything else was wonderful!
