Culinary Discovery Beside the Waves Experience Pier House's beach chic ambiance, while warm wood floors, blue-and-white tiles, white stone bar and blue hue accents. Guests can kick back with a cocktail at our spacious bar while taking in the ocean view. Chef George Mallous, the Food and Beverage Director and his brother, Executive Chef Argerios Mallous, are at the helm of the kitchen and are crafting incredible dishes using the freshest ingredients, many of which feature seafood caught right off our coast.
