Not Impressed…Overpriced, Oversalted. I was born and raised less than 5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean,. so I know seafood. Loupy’s crabcakes rate an 8 on a 1-10 scale, and are overpriced.The last time I stopped in was the day before Valentine’s Day, and ordered a dinner to go, along with a seafood bisque soup. I tried to have the soup for my lunch the next day, but it was so salty it was truly inedible. I had to throw it out. Knowing the owner was putting together Valentine’s Day dinner orders, I called to warn him there was something wrong with the soup, and to not serve any more from the same batch my soup came from. He got defensive and wouldn’t listen to me. kept saying it was the base, and for me to try it again…?? So, I just wished him luck and hung up. I won’t go back.
