Completely bewildered how at this time they’re a 3.8 I won’t do the laundry list of negative prose but insteadI’ll leave you with one example that can act as a microcosm for the entire experience. When my $11 (so called 3 egg) western omelet with cheese arrived, Ireached for the (full)bottle of Heinz ketchup for my home fries. The outside was dirty and the cap had dried ketchup crust inside of it and around the neck!! Now we all have ketchup at home and we’ve all seen this before. This can ONLY happen in the biz when you routinely refill ketchup bottles with ketchup from a #10 container (the big fat can). Disgusting! This is a health department no-no and, the Heinz rep from whatever distributer they use would have a big fat problem with this. I won’t go on and I’ll never go back.

LOVE THE NEW LOOK!!! LOVE THE BATHROOMS!!! I honestly have no idea what that one lady is talking about, they are the best bathrooms I have ever seen in a restaurant!!! Food is Fantastic! Huge portions!! The cute retro candy and the candy bar they have is so nostalgic!

Marlton Diner. Avoid Avoid Avoid Stay Away and if you don’t then you’ve been warned.Three of us went for dinner one evening. It wasn’t busy but took several minutes for a server to come over to us because the server whose table it was didn’t want to wait on us and a different server had to take over. He was very good and it obviously wasn’t his table. He was also quite busy while the other server was not and she just stood there and watched him run around.Although I hardly ever complain about my food, the meatball parm sandwich was just not worth eating. It had no taste and wasn’t worth the calories. All of us tasted it and completely agreed. We told the server about it and he said he couldn’t do anything and had to get the manager. When he came back he said the manager said sorry there was nothing she could do. We asked to see this manager who took several minutes to find the time to come see us. I was starving so the other two shared their food with me.Roe the manager finally came over and repeated there was nothing she could do. When we told her it was customary for a restaurant to offer a replacement in this situation she finally did so but by this time we didn’t want it. She finally took the meal off our bill.I called the next day to speak to the owner who is obviously not interested in his restaurant or returning calls. I was told the general manager Leanne would get back to me soon. When I didn’t receive a call after two days I called back and spoke to Roe who happen to answer the phone. She said Leanne was in the kitchen cooking and could not talk to me. I’m not sure why the general manager would be cooking but I told her she already had my information and never called me. Roe insisted she did offer a replacement (Sure – after she said there was nothing she could do and we called her on it) and did nothing wrong and, when I asked, said the server was empowered to offer a replacement and didn’t know why he didn’t. Thats not what he told us.Another two days later and still no call back from anyone. This diner is obviously poorly run and nobody cares. I can easily believe all the one-star reviews for this diner are accurate and well deserved. If you read any of these reviews and still go here don’t say you were not warned.

I very rarely write a review about diners but honestly I felt like I had to. When we first got there everything was fine typical diner setting. We were seated waitress came over took our order. Brought back our coffees and the Half and half in the containers were spoiled. We waited about a good 15 min for her to come back around to ask her for 2 new coffees with regular milk this time. It seemed like a huge problem for her… finally when she brought it over the regular milk was in a little glass with a ring around it. Once the food was out by just the looks of it on my plate I didn’t want to eat anymore. I ordered a cheesesteak wrap. It was drenched, not in grease but water so my wrap was all soggy couldn’t pick it up at all and there was absolutely no taste to it at all. I believe hospital food was better then what I was served. The only time the waitress came back was to give the check. Poor service, food was horrible and my husband and I will never return here again.

Large portions. Beyond belief. 8 page menu. Excellent choice for diner food.
