A typical chain that is just okay – you basically know what you’re getting and what to expect before you enter. Food was okay, special sandwich on a pretzel roll was rather dry & our waters were never refilled.
Not a huge fan. Was here with some friends. Food was fine (nothing awesome), but the service was terrible. Had to keep flagging down the waitress, she had a terrible attitude, and was downright rude. Came because we wanted to watch a game, but we’ll probably go somewhere else next time.
1st time here, food was good but everything else was extremely poor. No one provided any menus or service once seated (seat yourself) until my party went up twice to the bartender for assistance. Once we did order the appetizers were wrong and my meal was incomplete. It took approximately 5-10 minutes at least to gain the waitresses attention; she was busy sitting with her friend half the night. Again food was good the service was absolutely horrible and has prevented me from ever going back. I am willing to try another location.
