Not a typical Holiday Inn restaurant. While this is attached to the Holiday Inn I was staying, this is not typical hotel fare, it is a step above and is equal to typical chain/casual dining fare, with live music Thursday, Friday, Saturday and a great Happy Hour appetizer deal.Our table had the Chicken Tortilla Soup, Wings, 1/2 Memphis Chicken and a chicken caesar salad. The weak meal was the wings — they were passable, but a little greasy and the Buffalo sauce was very mild. The remaining dishes were strong, with the soup being exceptional. The side dishes with the Memphis Chicken (baked beans, coleslaw & corn bread), were all very good.In short, while there are a ton of chain options all over the area, there isn’t a real driving need to leave the property, unless you want something other than bar-b-que.

On the fence. Do you like your food with a smoky taste? That is what you will get. Food is just ok. Got some pulled pork sandwich there my second time and it was a bit cold and had less meat than my first visit.
I came in for lunch and had the Memphis Half Chicken. It was fresh, hot and delicious. The sides were perfect and generous. I couldn’t possibly say enough about the service. My server was Cristina (bartender). She was attractive, attentive,professional and efficient. I will absolutely be back whenever I’m in the area.
