This is the only place I go to get bagels. Nowhere else stacks up. They are delicious, reasonably priced, and not a chain. The owners may not be the friendliest and their prepared bagels may be a little overpriced but if you’re just going in and grabbing a dozen bagels then this is the best place to go.
Just dont. You really dont want to get bagels there. Watch them as they bake, as they handle the food and money. They don’t use gloves or hair nets. Did you ever wonder why the butter and cream cheese are room temp? No matter what time you go in. Think about it. The owner is the worst. I was in there recently when I heard the old guy on the phone behind the counter cursing at a customer. Sounded like it was over a delivery but he was F ing this and F ing that, telling them they would be delivered when he wanted not when the guest wanted. I wont ever go there again. Poor guest service, unsanitary conditions and rude emplyees. besides Genardis bagles are better and less expensive.
