Love There Food. I been ordering from Angelos Pizza for 5years the food just keeps getting better and better. I Love This Pizzera best in town theres no pizza like this in North Bergen West New York or Fairview. Angelos tops the other guys the pizza is perfect the entrees are succulent the dessert delicious.
TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered from Angelos 2-3 times a week. So I cannot not say the food is bad but they are very inconsistent. I order the same thing week after week and it’s almost never the same. When I called to tell them….they practically treat u like you r nothing and they dont care what they did wrong. Just because the menu says a certain item comes with certain things doesn’t mean it does, you have to specifically ask for everything. The grilled chicken sandwich (that states it comes with lettuce and tomato doesn’t). But worse of all is the way they respond to u. The girls who answer the phone don’t even bother to put u on hold when they r talking about u to the other workers in the store. I will never order from them again.
Thumbs down!. For being a new location here in Fairview, they definitely need to work on their customer service. The guy I spoke with on the phone this evening was unfriendly and to top it all off rude! Not what I would expect at all, especially from a new establishment in the area trying to gain favor in the neighborhood. Oh well, their loss! My company will place our on average $200+ weekly order somewhere else!
