Home-made level. I have been several times for the last couple of years. Chefs are changing constantly, which is weird. To share my latest experience, I have to say foods were home-made level, not professional. It also seemed the place was packed with friends of the owner and/or the chefs rather than real customers who like Toya’s foods. B.Y.O.B.
