Best restaurant in collingswood. Outdoor dining. Check. Byob. Check. Authentic south American food. Got it. Hands down the best restaurant in collingswood. Highly recommended for those who love south American cuisine. Better than the other options in town, truly a unique experience. Recommended for birthday parties or date nights, can’t say enough good things about this place!
TOO Bland for this Latino…. El Sitio restaurant, not what I expected for tasty Latin food. The location and the restaurant itself was very nice. The ambiance and the latin music , nice touch.However, the food was disappointing, bland, lacking the latin flavor that I am very familiar with, the portions where light in size heavy in prize. If you like bland food, go for it. If you want Latin flavors then there are better places.I will not recommend El Sitio , I would rather recommend for a real good latin food with flavor experience to try Tierra Colombian/Mixto in Philly for example. You will find all types of authentic latin foods, tasty, and for a reasonable prize. AP
Great flavors!. I have been to El Sitio twice. Once with friends, then a second time I took my extended family. Having once lived in Ecuador I can say with confidence this food is as close to authentic Ecuadorian cuisine as you will find in the states. The owners are so nice, too. Do NOT skip the shrimp ceviche: in fact, order a double: it’s THAT good! I’ll be back, introducing new friends to these great unknown flavors.
GREAT PLACE. South American food isn’t super exotic (think seafood, meat and potatoes), Great place, and great food. Everything on the menu is great. I ordered the lomo manchego , it was juice and great. highly recommended for all!!!! Making this a nice place to take someone.
EXCELLENT!!. The ambiance, food, and service are excellent — a great new addition to Haddon Ave.Would highly recommend!
