Collingswood is known for good restaurants, and while it has quite a few Asian restaurants, what it missed was a true noodle and duck house type restaurant (think Sang Kee Peeking Duck House in Chinatown Phila.). Fusion Bay delivers. As opposed to a standard subgum Chinese take out restaurant (Chows is delicious, btw), Thai, sushi, etc., FusionBay fills that missing spot while also providing unique entrees (mango chicken was delicious) in nice portions at decent prices. We enjoyed this restaurant, and we’re surprised there were no other reviews.
