Today I took chicken tikka masala and It was disaster. First of all it was not ctm, they can search the recipe once for God sake before making food and that also chicken tikka masala. Second of all the curry was not cooked properly. I am not going again.
I’m not really big on Indian food, but I will admit that I enjoyed going here. The food tasted authentic but wasn’t over bearing to the point that I didn’t appreciate what I was eating. I attended on Valentine’s Day where there was a set menu and I everything that they included/offered for the set price was great. I am definitely planning on going back for the full menu at some point. livinglesh.com
Collingswood Gem. This restaurant is truly a Collingswood gem. I have been coming here since they were across the street. The new place is beautiful and the food is always great. The specials are creative and delicious.
OMG – delicious. Thali with lamb & chicken, naan, fig ice cream. Great meal.
I LOVE this place!. I love IndeBlue. I have eaten there many times and its always packed! The food is delicious and fresh and the service is great! All the servers know their stuff. A co-worker of mine who happens to be Indian recommended IndeBlue and my husband and I have been going ever since.
It’s just OK. Indeblue is OK. Not what I would call authentic, though. The vegetable curry was made with frozen vegetables. The sweet potato pakoras were not crispy enough (and not really pakoras, more like fried sweet potato chips). The aloo gobi tasted too much like tomato sauce. The chutneys and naan were good. Again, it did not taste bad. It was just average.
No way. First of all let me say my husband and i are Indian. I have eaten at this restaurant before it moved and changed into an indo/american bistro. I ordered my favorite dish, chicken makhani as i had before across the street, and it tasted completely different, not horrible, but no taste at all to it whatsover. Sure, the place was definitely nicer, but the food very disappointing. And as for the service, there were 5 people working on the floor all huddled around the front desk, but only 1 server available to help us, poor customer service. We will never go back again. I can cook food better than the food we were served which seemed to cater and maybe please the typical ‘white’ person. NO THANX. VERY disappointing
