Not the same!. I have been ordering the antipasta for years there before the new owners took over. While it was basically the same, the amount of lunchmeat they put on there was nothing compared to how much they put on with the other owners. Also I used to always receive bread with it and did not get any. Plus it cost more. While it was not bad, it is not the same. Less food for more money. But I would give it another try there before I give up!
New Owners, Same Issues!. I like the Sorrentos food. Before and after the alleged new owners.In the past, lots of infighting among the workers, (family members) They were not customer focused. Always confusion.Under the supposed new ownership, things have not changed. Same people working, went tonight, (pizza was great!) There were 4 customers inside, the lady worker and man worker were having conversations in the table ares, not waiting on customers, I had to yell for assistance. They told me my pizza wasn’t ready, it was sitting onto of the oven. They just were too busy for customers. Sad same old crap
New Owners. Under new management the future looks bright. New owners – the Randazzo family – have decades of experience starting and running very successful restaurants. The Randazzo’s have a great place in Washington Township and now they are bringing new life to Sorrento’s. My wife and I ate at the new place tonight and had a great experience. The Pizza was great and we will be back to watch them update the dcor and expand the space by taking over the dry cleaners next door and opening outside dinning in the heart of Collingswood.
The delivery takes forever! When we called to find out why it has been over an hour the man who answered was completely rude and screamed at us. Do not order from this place, there is plenty of other pizza places with people who appreciate your business.
This place is a phenomenal place for friends and families to hang out.
