Flavors and Comfort. When my friend in Collingswood asked where I want to go for my birthday dinner, the answer was easy. The KitConCafe was my first choice. I wanted traditional Italian comfort food. The hospitality was like when you go to someones home for dinner. We started out with Romaine with Seafood on top. House Red wine. Our entrees were Spaghetti and meatballs (my first choice everywhere), and The Salmon with Pineapple. Dessert was Tiramisu and coffee, followed by wonderful Limoncello, Amaretto/Cherry Gelato. Yes I would recommend for great italian comfort food my Mom or Grandmom would make. Staff were sharp, smiling, energetic, and super-attentive. Just a nice overall experience. Every dish passing by me looked and smelled great. Decor was smart, thematic, and spacious. Would I recommend? Absolutely. It’s just nice to see good old school Italian food make a come-back and I can’t think of a better guy to do it. Plus the fact that it was my first time in Collingswood, such a lovely town. The pleasure was mine. Thank you Angelo.
