Modern decor on entry while the comfort level is medium with wooden seating.There is nice lighting but the TV takes away from the ambiance, nevertheless if a big game is on its a plus. The service is way above average on promptness and a speedy delivery of your meal but they do need to try to be a bit warmer . Great selection of a variety of Asian cuisines and above average on taste . The sushi has always been fresh here and is a smidge above average. The big portioned lunch specials are always nicely priced and The restaurant is usually not overly packed during lunch hours. Good portions, fast service ,and a good look but for some reason the connectivity a diner seeks with a restaurant and the staff working there is wanting. Woksabi gets a lot of singles but no homerun yet. Get rid of the TV get some candles for the tables and hire some additional new vibrant waitstaff to friendly things up a bit. Woksabi has homerun potential but not there yet.

Restaurant appearance fresh and new and general prices were fair, but I can not endorse a sushi restaurant that does not excel at sushi. The rolls were poorly constructed, often falling apart before being touched by a chop stick, and the outer layers consisted of smooshed rice from poor handling. Staff was friendly but poorly attentive give how few patrons were in the dining room. Also tried a few of the cooked items on the menu and was equally unimpressed. Worth trying once for a fair priced lunch, but I doubt you will return given all the similar options in the area.
Woksabi’s food is excellant. But that can not be said about the service. I have now been ther 3 times and each time the service has been lacking. Also, everyones’ food does not come put at the same time, which I personally find annoying. But when you finally DO get your meal it is very good.
The customer is not always right. Today I ate at Woksabi and enjoyed the food as it and the service was great. The only low point came at the time of payment. Aside for my love of sushi my decision to select Woksabi as today’s lunch spot was the fact that I had a coupon. The coupon stated buy one entree get a 2nd entree free OR for those who prefer sushi get 25% off up to $13.00I ordered from the lunch menu and selected 2 sushi entrees. I believe that I was entitled to the buy one get one however management disagreed.I didnt have the time to squabble but left very unhappy and want to do what I can to prevent similar confusion.The food is good but if you want to save some cash and use a coupon get an understanding before you order.
