Rare Find. This little Peruvian restaurant in Dover NJ is a real gem.I have been numerous times and have yet to leave disappointed with the quality and freshness of the food or without being full.The lunch specials are a superb value with most of the meals at $7.00 and yes they are meals with soap, salad, entre, and bread.Sitting is limited at maybe 40 or so and seems to fill up pretty quickly in the evening.Go early and go hungry.
