Best Mexican Food. I have been eating here for 10 years…The family owned and operated business has always delighted me by offering authentic Mexican food that never disappoints.Upon your arrival, usually the owner will seat you with a pleasant and friendly smile. Her husband is Chef back in the kitchen. A lovely assortment of fresh salsas, both red and green, along with a small bowl mix of jalapeno, onion and tomatoe will be brought to your table to accompany the basket of homemade tortilla chips….BYOB, so if your brought your own Margaritas, you will be brought glasses of ice along with a bowl of freshly sliced limes…Sodas, both American and Mexican are available.The menu is big….But all dishes are explained in detail. I recommend the Pollo Puerto Vallarta…which is an amazing dish of chicken with roasted poblano peppers, tomatoe, garlic, cheese, and wine…..I love this dish so much it is hard to order others …Presented with beans and rice, along with a small salad on the plate. An all in one special that makes two meals….and all for a most reasonable price. Also along with the meal comes a side of heated tortillas. I use them to sop up the wonderful sauce….heaven.My friends have ordered various other dinners and they were fab. Desserts are great if you have room for them. Lovely…This restaurant has been run by a very hard working family. They take their business seriously and strive to please you. I see some complaints here but I believe when the owners were visiting their family in Mexico, some things might have been missed. Believe me, this restaurant will not disappoint you.Mexican music adds to the theme of the wonderfully painted decorated panels of scenes. The ceilings have been recently painted for a very festive feel. ‘Throughout the years, the owners have added colorful decorations and one thing is for sure, in the past ten years, they have not changed the quality of their food which has always been fresh and carefully prepared. The dish I mentioned above always comes to me the same as it was the first time I ever ordered it, so appealing, beautifully presented. Just how can I help to rave over the food…
Service and atmosphere were good, but food was just ok. Not terrible, but also not memorable.
This place absolutely surprised my boyfriend and I. It looks like a tiny place from the outside, the inside was super nice. And the food was amazing. Ad very well priced. We both ate for $22!! I highly suggest it!!
Amazing. Being a southern boy from Texas I was VERY happy to stumble upon this oasis! Great authentic Mexican food. Great atmosphere. I’ll stop by this restaurant every time I drive through this area!!!
