Reviews posted. I have to admit I almost didn’t go due to the negative reviews that were posted. My husband and I decided to go and make our own opinion. We were glad we did. The food was delious and the service was great. Our waitress was Stephanie and she was perfect. So, I suggest you make your own opinion and not believe all the negative comments. Thanks and enjoy! You will be glad u did.
WORST SERVICE EVER! Sliders were small pieces cut from a reg burger, quarter size. 5 mins after we ordered, they switched waitresses but never saw the new waitress untill we asked for the bill. No refills on drinks. Nachos were dry and came w-out reg toppings. Mgr. Was friendly & tried to help but disappeared also. Need to hire a completly new staff! The place is cool w-alot of TVs. Good concept terrible staff!Atmosphere- 10Staff- 3 -Food- 3Gave staff n food a 3 cause of the T&A and we only ordered 2 apps. Saw a pizza that looked ok.
Awful. I asked for a specific beer on tap and the waitress said they didn’t have it.. I told her I read on the website that you did and to check.. She rolled her eyes and told us she was just tired.. Really? Eventually came back to tell me they did indeed have the beer u asked for. We ordered nachos fully loaded for an app and I got chicken fingers and fries for my meal, my boyfriend got a burger. A minute later another server came over with my chicken fingers and said shed be my server now… I told her we were waiting for an appetizer and she said it would be right out. I set my entree aside to get cold while we waited for our nachos which turned out to be cold and missing half of the ingredients. After asking for the rest of the nacho toppings my boyfriends burger finally came out. Overcooked and cold. I asked for some honey mustard for my now cold chicken fingers and was charged .50 for the side.. What a joke. It’s fine if you want to sell T & A as your gimmick but at least give some decent service and prices for what you receive. Won’t be back
Awful awful awful. I went to the Titled Kilt in East Brunswick last night and the service was awful! It took 20 min to get our drinks after we ordered. Eventually, the manager brought them over instead of our waitress. When the food came out, only one of the orders actually arrived. We waited another 5 min for the rest of the table’s orders to show up. The food was actually good for bar fare, but unless they clean up their service, I won’t be returning.
Why does their website suggest they are open?. I visited the Tilted Kilt website and they gave the hours of operation for the East Brunswick Tilted Kilt. I drove over there and to my dismay the place is still being built!!! Who knows when they’ll open. Don’t advertise that you’re open when you’re not even close to opening!!!!!!
