Not Bad.. But Not Great. Going strong after 30+ years, Vinnie’s Pizza is interesting anomaly of the NJ pizza scene. Sold by the original owner years ago, the only Italians in the place are customers. Do they make a good pie? Yes, if you like pizza a little on the greasy side (which is the original Vinnie recipe). It’s kind of an acquired taste to the thousands of EB residents who live around it. You kind of learn to love it. In comparison to other places around town it’s just as good if not better (miles past Domino’s and other chain garbage). They also make a pretty good cheese steak sub and a interesting pie known as the Chicken Parm Pie. The Chicken Parm pike consists of huge chunks of chicken Parmesan. It’s good, but it’s really heavy eating. Additionally, if you choose to eat in the store you can watch the multiple flat screen TV’s always running sports programming and CNN. They also have free wifi.Vinnie’s delivers but expect a $1 surcharge for that service. Delivery is usually timely.
