Miserable…. I have been there twice and, despite the food being decent, the staff is miserable and nasty . I have gone there twice hoping that the first time was a fluke but the second time was worse! The young men in the front are nice but the older woman is rough! She acted as though I was bothering her …that is when she even spoke a word. I almost walked out without my food which was not cheap, mind you. I am a business owner myself and deal with the public every day. If I ever heard or saw my employees treating a paying customer that way that would be the end of them. Not to mention, I’d be out of business! I will never return there due to the poor customer service. Times are way too tough to be treated thAt way at a dime-a-doZen shop. A smile and a friendly hello goes a long way…

Love the place. It’s right around the corner good food and they have great cheese steaks and wings.
