Last review was five years ago. Just as good now as it was then. Now going by the name of Jimmy’s so I’m not sure who this Vic guy was in the first place. Don’t worry he’ll answer to both. Prices going up a little so is along with everyone. Get the discount card still worth it. Today I had to drive 7 miles out of my way to get Jimmy’s sub and was low on diesel fuel. Had to risk it! I passed Saccos on the way, good subs but Jimmy is the man!27 Jul, 2009Closest place to get a true South Jersey style sub. regular Italian ang the supercheesteak are the way to go. Prices are the same as everyone else but has a discount card, I got one. Vic is a pretty freindly guy too. If your hungry you won’t be when you leave. There are now 3 places closer to me than Vic’s the extra effort is so worth it.

Love this place. I used to live in south Jersey but now only commute down to visit family a few times a year. This is a MUST STOP. The super mushroom cheese steak is amazing and there’s very few places I’ve been that can even compare. Hands down, best sub shop around.Keep up the good work!!
Great subs!. Excellent cheese steaks terrible meat balls and pasta. But their cheese steaks are the best and closet thing to a South Philadelphia sub…Great!
The best chicken/plain cheesesteak.. I live right outside of Philly and have had quite a few cheesesteakes. I can say, without a doubt, that none of them compare to a cheesesteak from Vic’s. I’m particular picky about my food, but I have yet to be disappointed from anything I’ve tried from them. I usually get a chicken cheesesteak with american cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sweet peppers. The lettuce and tomato are crisp and fresh every time. I think what makes these cheesesteaks is the bread they use. It’s from Formica Bros Bakery in Atlantic city and is freaking awesome. Try a Vic’s cheesesteak. You will not be disappointed.
Yummy good!. I really like their chicken cheese steaks. (hard to find good ones in this area). when vic is at the grill the cheesesteaks are flawless. anyone that comes down to the shore to visit me, gets a visit to vic’s too!
Simply the Best. I am one to look for negative qualities, but I can’t find any with Vic’s Sub Shop. The subs are simply delicious. No one can beat the quality. Not only is the tast superb, but the construction is perfect so the sub isn’t falling all over the place when you pick it up like it does at other places. If you don’t believe me just try it and you’ll never go anywhere else.
