The Shore Diner is a large menu classic Jersey Diner, which is a dying breed. There used to be two others within a stones throw of this one, but she is the only one left standing, a testament to the quality of the food. It is not a true classic diner, because it is not 24/7, but it is breakfast all day. The vegetable chicken stir fry is solid choice, maybe a little salty. The stuffed cabbage gets the job done any day of the week. For me though, it is the vegetable omelette with home fries and rye toast that I am coming here for more often than not. It is not quite 5 , but a damn solid 4. You will not be disappointed at the Shore.
