Chicken Special. This wasn’t a dish on the menu but instead a gentleman in the restaurant had ordered it and it looked good. I asked what he was having and the waitress told me I could get it in a whole chicken, half chicken or quarter chicken I went with the quarter chicken and was full at the end. It came in a very simple manner, served with beans and rice and it was all delicious.
