Bad service. I visited the cold stone in the jersey gardens mall. And I have to say I am very dissapointed. I live in jersey and I really never stopped in until today that I was with my oldest son and decided to get him ice cream. The employees they have working there are all young teens who don’t have no sense of professionalism or friendliness to them. I myself am young in my twenties and I also work in a restaurant / food place. I take it very serious to be friendly to every customer and person who comes up to the counter to order their food. The girl I had gave me attitude, and seemed very annoyed. The guy who was next to her was the same way with some tourist who were in line behind me. They all looked like they wanted to just go home and didn’t want to deal with anyone, and if that’s the case then why are you even working there? Over all bad experience for me specially for being with a kid. Don’t think I will be going back to this particular location.
