Lately some duds on food used to be better under previos owner . Needs more consistency on the food sometimes good sometimes very disappointment. Need to strive to to restore high quality. I am still a fan and hope for a reversal of recent setbacks
Standard food as you would expect at most any neighborhood watering hole. The staff is friendly and the service is efficient. Nice place for a drink and a bite.
Food and atmosphere are very good. My wife ordered the baby back ribs which looked like they came from a full grown pig. I had the famous sliced steak platter which did not disappoint. Like it so much we added it to our favorites.
Sliced Steak Sandwich. After having read so much about the sliced steak sandwich we took a ride to Emerson. It was such a dissapointment. The cook at lunchtime needs another job. Steak was dried out like leftover roast beef, and the toasted points were drowning in something that was suppose to be butter. The whole meal was floating in juice. Definately not a steak sandwich I would ever waste my calories on again. On the plus side the waitress was very nice and attentive, salad and fries were fine.

Get the open face steak sandwhich… Also, the thin crust pizza is pretty good!
