I recently booked my Mother’s 60th birthday party at Freddie’s. There were a lot of different options ranging from buffet, sit down dinner, family style, appetizer and cocktail hour as well as many alcohol options. The owner helped get us within our budget but still get us everything we wanted. Prices were more than reasonable. After our meeting we had lunch. Taylor our server took great care of us. So much food we had to take half of it home. Excited that our party will have plenty of parking available and it’s own private entrance. Will follow up after the celebration.
Good fine and reasonable price. I have been coming to Freddies Tavern for 30 years. The food quality has been good. Waiters and waitresses have generally been with them for many years and are well experienced. I have enjoyed many of the seafood dishes and have found them to be fresh. Flounder has been particularly good. The veal dishes are excellent. Prime rib on the weekends is very good. Freddies is getting some competition from some of the nearby diners but I have to say that the quality of the food is far better than the local diners. Hamburgers are better than 5 guys. This is a good local place and deserves its reputation.
