Hanna. I loved the food. Very pleasant atmosphere and warm. The grilled vegetables and meat are delicious. Also very affordable. Fresh and healthy food. Lots of taste, feels like Im in Israel again. Recommend it to all Israeli or not.
Great Israeli / Mediterranean place and u get 10% off!. The place is warm and pleasant. The owner is nice guy with great sense of humor. I loved the food and services. Falafel at it’s best even my kid asked to 2nds. Show your TzaTza card and get 10% on everything 😉
Poor food & just adequate service. I used to go to PP when they were just take-out. Then the food was all uniformly good. Now they have expanded to storefront next door. When I went there Sunday evening for dinner there were only two tables occupied. Now I know why. We ordered chumus and felafel appetizer. Chumus tasted like canned chumus and felafel tasted like it came from a mix. We also ordered Morocan cigars. they were out of them and substituted (with permission kube (sp?). Not to bad, just dry and tasteless. Pita served was only warm and cut up rather than whole and on the stale side. Main dish was Jerusalem mixed grill. The best that could be said is that it was an affront to Jerusalem and mixed grill. Okra in tomato sauce lacked tomato sauce and grilled vegetables were undergrilled and variety very limited and all was very greasy. No olives, picles and other condiments that we have learned to expect from mid-eastern restaurants were served.Decor was very nice. There were speakers mounted on wall but no music which would have been nice. With two waitresses to serve only 3 tables, the service should have been superb but was barely adequate.I don’t think that we will be going back to PP. as there are many better restaurants in their niche.
