Amazing food. Excellent service. The hardest part of the night was trying to narrow it down to one entre, because everything looked delicious. Thankfully I was with 6 other patrons and we all ordered something different and were able to sample each dish. Phenomenal, a true palette awakening. Wonderful atmosphere and the excellent staff was always there to tend to our needs without having to look around for them. Best experience I’ve had the pleasure of patronizing in a very long time. I will, most definitely, be visiting the River Palm Terrace, Fairlawn on a much more frequent schedule
Went with another couple one Saturday night. Crowd was mostly an older/senior crowd, but it wasn’t all ‘AARP’.Steaks were fantastic – 2 filets, a strip (‘shell’), and a t-bone, all perfect. Was hoping for potatoes au grautin, but not on the menu – the massive baked was a worthy replacement.Desserts were the hot fudge sundae (short on hot fudge, but good), the cheesecake (great), the lava cake (again, great), and the pecan pie (excellent).I would put this on a level with Morton’s or Ruth’s Chris – similar pricing & quality, closer to (my) home.
The River Palm Terrace is the best restaurant in New Jersey! There are three locations: Fair Lawn, Mahwah, and Edgewater. The staff is amazing! If you come to the River Palm you will receive great food and great service. This restaurant has unbelievable steak and seafood. The new sushi menu is fantastic and the best I have ever had. I highly recommend it for all occasions including parties. You will definitely go back.
A great retreat for a great lunch. Food is always fresh and the service is fantastic.If you’re in the mood for a steak, you can’t beat the value at the Palm.I like the 10 oz strip, but everything on the menu is top notch.Visit Angela at the bar during the day.She is a doll and one of the best, most pleasant bartenders I’ve ever met!
